Capacity Building and secondment

With our experience with the various components of a response capability, OTRA can develop and implement dedicated training programs and action plans for developing and/or strengthening personnel capability to respond to emergencies through the following topics:

Contingency planning
Initial and ongoing training of personnel involved in the response to emergencies
Ensuring personnel readiness through a program of all types of regular exercises
Keeping personnel familiar with response equipment, associated logistics support and maintenance
Understanding of relationship with stakeholders through workshops and joint events
Use of tools and guidelines
Setting up / improvement of Emergency Response rooms (display boards, tools, forms, room layout, equipment, etc.
